Do landlords need electrical checks?
In England, landlords must have electrical installations in rented properties inspected and tested by a qualified and competent person at least every five years. A copy of the report must be supplied to tenants and to the local authority if requested.
Do you do rewiring?
Yes. Dave can advise on full rewires, partial rewires and targeted upgrades. A full rewire is not always the only route, so he will look at the condition of the installation and explain the practical options.
Do you offer PAT testing?
